You will board the gulet at 6:00 pm and enjoy accommodation on board, welcome cocktail, and informative briefing. Next, you will depart to the Sant’Antonio Bay in Milazzo and cross the protected marine area of Capo Milazzo and the Canal of Sicily. While the boat is moored in the harbour, you will be able to enjoy the first swim in the crystal blue sea. In the evening, the water is illuminated by the underwater lights of the gullet offering a romantic atmosphere.

In the morning, you will leave Sant’Antonio Bay and have breakfast on the way.

You will have a lunch break in the splendid setting of Basiluzzo, a small islet in the Aeolian Islands archipelago, where the colours of the sea will leave you breathless! After lunch, you will depart to the fascinating island of Stromboli, where you can decide whether to visit the city or scale the active crater (about 900 m, 4-hour walk), if allowed by the Authorities.

You will enjoy some free time for dinner. You are recommended to try the excellent Sicilian cuisine and experience the beautiful view of the volcano at the famous restaurant “Osservatorio”. You will have a stunning privileged view of the strombolian activities! The Stromboli Volcano has three active craters at the peak and a steep slope with lava rivers named Sciara del Fuoco (Stream of Fire). At sunset, you can witness the special more show given by the active volcano, bursting into a symphony of reddish lapilli.

After breakfast you will head towards the charming Panarea Island. While navigating you will be able to see the tiny volcanic island of Strombolicchio and the renowned “Sciara del Fuoco”. You will make a stop near the island of Lisca Bianca, where you will take a swim among the sulphuric warm waters fumaroles and enjoy the amazing landscape of the coastline, rich in coves and suggestive views!

In the afternoon, you will be served a delicious lunch on board. After lunch, you will enjoy an excursion to the beautiful bay of Cala Junco, on whose summit lie the ruins of the prehistoric village of Punta Milazzese. It has an elevation of 18 metres and is considered one of the most beautiful bays in the entire Aeolian archipelago! You will anchor near the port in San Pietro on Panarea Island. In front of the port, there are many islets such as Le Guglie, Bottaro, Lisca Bianca and Lisca Nera that more emerge sharp and rocky from the waters, making it a spectacular place.

After breakfast, at about 9:00 am, you will depart to Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian islands. You will make a stop near the pumice quarries, where the sea is crystal clear and the bottom is sandy. Here, you will feel like you are on one of the wildest Caribbean beaches.

Lipari has some beautiful beaches and bays you must absolutely visit at least once in your lifetime, including Canneto beach with its deep and intense turquoise waters situated on the eastern coast of the island, Porticello bay and the dark grey beach with sand, gravel and pebbles mixed with white pumice, situated on the northeast coast of the island, Papesca beach or White Beach with white seabed, mainly formed by a pumice stone surface on the northeast coast of Lipari, Valle Muria beach embraced by a rocky promontory and a black sand bay, and Praia di Vinci, an untouched bay that can only be reached by boat. After lunch, more the captain will take you to one of the island’s bays!

Later, the gulet will dock at the port of Marina Corta and you will enjoy some free time to explore the island, strolling around its lovely city centre and tasting local products. You are recommended to taste the delicious local “pasta con i ricci di mare” (sea-urchins) for dinner at the famous restaurant Filippino: you will love it!

At 08:00 am you will depart to the island of Filicudi, one of the wildest islands of the Aeolian archipelago. You will make a stop for a swim in the magical Grotta del Bue Marino (“Cave of the Sea Ox”) located on the north west of the island of Filicudi. It is the largest cave in the Aeolian Islands and takes its name from the monk seals or “sea oxen” (as they were known since ancient times) that lived here in the past. In this place, the nature creates wonderful chromatic effects accompanied by the sound of the waves breaking on the rock that resemble the bellowing of an ox.

After lunch at anchor, you will be transferred to the picturesque fishing village of Pecorini a Mare. There is a long stony beach ideal for bathing and small houses built in the typical Aeolian style behind the beach. You will have free time to take a tour of the island and enjoy a romantic sunset.

At 08:30 of this day, the Aeolian Islands Cruise from Milazzo will continue towards the lovely island of Salina. You will make a stop for a swim in the beautiful setting of Pollara bay, chosen by Massimo Troisi for the shooting of the film “Il Postino” (The Postman).

Lunch will be served on board. In the afternoon, the gulet will be docked at the port so that you could enjoy some free time on land. Different experiences can be chosen: you are suggested a granita tasting at “Da Alfredo” bar (not to be missed), a wine tasting in a local winery and / or the ascent to Mount Fossa delle Felci.

At 9:00 am you will navigate towards the island of Vulcano, a small volcanic island located at the southernmost end of the seven Aeolian Islands. You will have time to enjoy a dive in its fascinating seabed or, if you wish, to experience an excursion up to the crater.

During lunchtime you will skirt the island admiring the Grotta del Cavallo (Horse’s Cave) and the ravishing Pool of Venus. Located in the western part of the island of Vulcano, the Grotta del Cavallo is located in a natural rocky cove, where the reflections of the sun’s rays and the shape of the seabed give the sea water light colours ranging from light green to turquoise. It is called the Horse’s Cave due to the fact that a boulder at the end of the cave seems to resemble a horse’s head. Just adjacent to the entrance to the large rocky vault you will find the Pool of Venus (Piscina di Venere), inside which you will feel more “embraced” by the tuff and basalt rocks that surround it during the exploration of the shallow water.

You will arrive in Milazzo at 6:00 pm. You are highly recommended you to visit the city centre with its characteristic ancient village. In the evening, you will have some free time for dinner before the end of this beautiful cruise adventure.

After breakfast, you will disembark in Milazzo at 09.00 am.

On your departure day, you will arrange by your own the transfer from Milazzo (optional private transfers to Catania or Palermo airports can be provided upon request).
