This 3-day Tour from Malaga to Morocco (Tangier, Rabat, Fez) will offer you the opportunity to cross the Strait of Gibraltar by ferry and visit Tangier and 2 imperial cities of Morocco: Rabat, imperial city and capital of Morocco and Fez, the first imperial city of Morocco. During this North Morocco tour, you will visit the key attractions of Rabat including the Tour Hassan, an unfinished mosque that rises dominating the esplanade with more than 200 columns. In Fez, among other attractions, you will discover the medina of Fez El Bali, the oldest and most extensive in Morocco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 785 mosques and more than 2,000 squares, streets and alleys that represent a labyrinthine return in time. During all the itinerary you will be accompanied by a multilingual tour escort. Itinerary


In the morning, you will travel from the Costa del Sol (Malaga) to Tarifa in order to board the ferry crossing the Strait of Gibraltar towards Tangier. The Strait of Gibraltar connects the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea and separates two continents: Europe and Africa.

You will continue your trip to Rabat, the administrative capital of the country, one of the imperial cities and official residence of the royal family. Upon arrival you will visit its key attractions such as the Tour Hassan, an unfinished mosque that rises dominating the esplanade with more than 200 columns and the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, built in memory of the sultan who achieved the independence of the country. The royal guards, in colorful gala dress, guard the entrance to the monument on horseback.

Dinner and accommodation in Rabat.

In the morning, you will depart to Fez, founded in 789 by Idriss 1st, who made it the first imperial capital of Morocco. Fez is the current intellectual and religious capital of Morocco. You will start with a panoramic tour to visit the royal palace and its 7 gates or Dar Al-Makhzen on the way to the fascinating world of the medina of Fez El Bali, the oldest and most extensive in Morocco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 785 mosques and more than 2,000 squares, streets and alleys that represent a labyrinthine return in time. From Bab Bou Jeloud to Es-Seffarine square, you will enjoy a journey through the centuries starting in the 9th century to the 19th century. Along the walk, you will discover how these alleys are structured, and see the different constructions that make up the walls of the medina, in addition from its artisan guilds and neighborhoods, such as leather tanners or seamstresses. You more will see the Medersa, the oldest university in the world, and we will finish the tour with the sound of the hammer of the potters working the copper as they did hundreds of years ago.

You will enjoy lunch in a typical restaurant.

After lunch, you are recommended to take an optional excursion to Meknes.

Accommodation in Fez.

After breakfast, you will make a stop in Rabat, before continuing your trip along the Atlantic Coast towards Tangier.

You will enjoy some free for lunch before boarding the ferry back to Spain.

On arrival in Spain, you will be transferred from Tarifa to Malaga.
