On arrival in Marrakesh, Morocco you will be welcomed at the airport and transferred to the hotel.

In the morning, you will enjoy a guided tour of Marrakesh, an important imperial city. The tour will start from the Koutoubia Mosque, which is the symbol of the city and has been formerly used as a bookstore. You will continue to the sumptuous Bahia Palace, built in the 19th century by hundreds of artisans from Fez. You will continue from the Jewish quarter or Mellah to the Jemaa El-Fnaa square, a living museum and intangible cultural heritage of Humanity, where storytellers, snake charmers, jugglers, dancers and more, constitute an authentic court of miracles. You will continue through the souk and its alleys full of businesses, workshops and terraces to meet the guilds of carpenters, sharpeners and a Berber pharmacy of remedies and natural products mostly from argan and derivatives.

At noon, you will depart to the Ouarzazate region, an important centre for the country’s film industry. Here, more one can find the Atlas Studios, where numerous films have been recorded. You will cross the Tizi N’Tichka at 2,256 metres, in the High Atlas Mountains, connecting Marrakech with Ouarzazate and thus becoming the first door to the Sahara.

In the afternoon, you will arrive in Ait ben Haddou, the most famous Kasbah in Morocco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most used places by Hollywood.

After breakfast, you will go through the valleys of the towns of Kelaa M’Gouna, famous for the cultivation of roses and Boumalne du Dades, formed by a large network of gorges, ideal for hikers and climbers. You will make a stop to visit the Todra Gorges, which reach up to 300 metres in height.

In the afternoon, you will continue your journey towards the Sahara. You will see the dunes of Erg Chebbi, large seas of dunes formed by wind-blown sand that rise up to 150 metres lying on the edge of the beautiful Sahara Desert. In southeastern Morocco, there is a small village - Merzouga, famous as the gateway to the vast dunes of Erg Chebbi.

This Morocco desert tour from Marrakesh includes a free morning on this day with the possibility of spending it at the camp or taking an optional excursion, which consists of a 4x4 tour around the giant dunes of Erg Chebbi. This will be one of the best off-road experiences and adventures that you have enjoyed.

Throughout the morning the sun draws shadows and different colours on them. You will see nomads and their way of life, dromedaries grazing and you will visit the musicians of Khamlia.

In the afternoon, you will return to the hotel and continue the route to Erfoud.

After departing from the hotel, you will be escorted by a sea of date palms, more than 1 million and a half. Located in the deep south of Morocco, the Draa Valley stretches for about 200 km, from Agdz to Zagora. It’s the largest date palm grove in the world, better known the date basket of the country, where 18 varieties of date palms grow in the desert oasis. Thanks to the Draa river, which gives the valley its name, you will see very fertile areas rich in cereals, vegetables, henna and fruit trees. Because of its unique ecosystem, where the inhabitants perpetuate an ancestral agricultural tradition, this region is a must-see attraction in Morocco.

Built at the foot of Jebel Kissane mountain, Agdz city marks the starting point of the most beautiful part of the Draa Valley. The city dominates the wadi and its immense palm grove and the date palms will immediately immerse you in the local more colours.

After breakfast, you will visit the Atlas Studios, where you will see the settings in which famous movies were filmed and feel like real actor. Ouarzazate is an important centre for the country’s film industry. Such movies as the Jewel of the Nile, Lawrence of Arabia, Kundun, Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven and Asterix and Obelix have been recorded here.

Next, you will enjoy a panoramic tour of Ouarzazate to its medina, a walking tour through its narrow streets and visit to the Kasbah Taourirt, former residence of the Pachà of the town.
