The trip will start in Madrid, Spain allowing you to visit cities such as Trujillo, Lisbon, Fátima, Cáceres, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Torremolinos. You will enjoy 2 full days at leisure in the cosmopolitan resort of Torremolinos, the first of the Costa del Sol resorts to be developed. It enjoys one of the best climates in Europe and is still one of the most popular resorts in the region. The beach of Torremolinos extends for nearly 8 kilometres and represents the perfect place to relax, especially in the summer when you can swim and sunbathe. It offers you the possibility to enjoy many activities such as cycling, skating, kitesurfing and windsurfing. You will then travel to Tarifa to board the ferry and cross the Strait of Gibraltar to Tangier in Morocco. In Morocco, you will discover cities such as Tangier, Casablanca, Marrakesh, Rabat, and Fez, then return to Spain and visit Granada and Toledo. If you are a single traveller willing to join a group, this tour also suits you as you can be accommodated in a single room (Single Room Supplement: 700 €). Itinerary


On the first day of the itinerary, you will depart at 8:00 a.m. from Madrid towards the region of Extremadura and arrive in Trujillo, birthplace of Spanish conquerors. In Trujillo, you will have some free time to discover its beautiful and monumental Plaza Mayor.

After crossing the Portuguese border, you will arrive in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal located on the northern banks of the River Tagus.

Accommodation in Lisbon. Optional night tour to attend a show of Fado, typical Portuguese music.

In the morning, you will enjoy a guided tour of Lisbon visiting the old Alfama Quarter, one of the oldest quarters of Lisbon. It is a delightful maze of narrow cobbled streets and ancient houses, which lead up the steep hill from the Tagus Estuary to the castle. You will also see Belem Tower and Monastery of Los Jeronimos declared as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

Afternoon at leisure.

After breakfast, you will depart to Fátima, important centre of pilgrimage. You will have some free time to visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima, a shrine complex containing two minor basilicas. The construction of the sanctuary, which began in 1928, as well as the installation of monasteries and convents of various Catholic religious orders and congregations, have converted Fátima into one of the most important international destinations for religious tourism.

Return to Lisbon.

In the morning, you will depart towards the border of Portugal with Spain and arrive in Cáceres where you will have free time to discover its Plaza Mayor and walk through the Old Town of Cáceres and its famous medieval quarter, very well preserved and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy lunch on your own.

You will continue your trip to Andalusia and arrive in Seville.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will enjoy a morning guided tour of Seville, visiting the typical Barrio de Santa Cruz with its narrow streets, the Park of Maria Luisa and Plaza de España (Spanish Square) with a panoramic sightseeing of the city. You will see Seville Cathedral known as Cathedral of Saint Mary of the See, and its bell tower, called the Giralda and the typical neighbourhood of Santa Cruz with its streets, squares and narrow alleys. The Giralda was built during the reign of the Almohad dynasty with a Renaissance-style belfry added by the Catholics and was registered as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987.

If you wish, you can optionally navigate the Guadalquivir river and enjoy a panoramic view of the Golden Tower (Torre del Oro) that received its name because it was originally covered in golden tiles.

In the evening, you can also enjoy an optional activity, such more as attending a flamenco show.

In the morning, you will depart from Seville to Cordoba. On arrival in the city, you will enjoy a guided tour visiting the famous Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and the Jewish Quarter. The Mosque-Cathedral is the most important monument of all the Islamic West and one of the most wonderful in the world. Its history summarizes the complete evolution of the Umayyad style in Spain, as well as the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque styles of Christian construction.

After the guided walking tour of the city of Cordoba, you will have some free time before dinner.

The day will begin by following the Route of the White Villages and Ronda. The city is situated in a mountainous area on a plateau cut by a deep gorge carved by the Guadalevín River about 750 m above mean sea level. The picturesque panorama of the city and the variety of its monuments has made Ronda a remarkable tourist centre.

You will have some free time in Ronda to enjoy the city on your own, after which you will depart for Costa del Sol.

You will have a full day at your own leisure in the cosmopolitan resort of Torremolinos of the Spanish Costa del Sol (literally “Coast of the Sun” or “Sun Coast”).

Torremolinos was the first of the Costa del Sol resorts to be developed and enjoys one of the best climates in Europe. It is still one of the most popular resorts in the region and has many attractions that you can visit, including Casa de los Navajas, a neo-Mudejar style palace with Mozarabic touches where various weddings and other ceremonies are held now. It was built in 1925 and can be found in the middle of Bajondillo Beach.

The beach of Torremolinos extends for nearly 8 kilometres and represents the perfect place to relax, especially in the summer when you can swim and sunbathe. It offers you the possibility enjoy many activities such as cycling, skating, kitesurfing and windsurfing.

In the morning, you will travel to Tarifa in order to board the ferry crossing the Strait of Gibraltar towards Tangier. The Strait of Gibraltar connects the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea and separates two continents: Europe and Africa.

You will arrive in Tangier and continue your trip to the legendary and cosmopolitan city of Casablanca.

In the morning, you will enjoy a tour of Casablanca, economical capital and most populated city in Morocco, visiting Anfa Boulevard, Nations Square and residential areas. You will continue your visit seeing the exterior of Hassan II Mosque, second in size and importance after Mecca. It’s the second world’s tallest mosque with its minaret reaching 210 metres. Built partly on the sea, it is a religious and cultural complex, built on nine hectares and includes a prayer room, an ablution room, bathrooms, a Koranic school (madrasa), a library and a museum.

Next, you will travel to Marrakesh. You will enjoy a guided tour of Marrakech, another important imperial city. The tour will start from the Koutoubia Mosque, which is the symbol of the city and has been formerly used as a bookstore.

In the afternoon, you will have lunch at a local restaurant.

You will continue to the more sumptuous Bahia Palace, built in the 19th century by hundreds of artisans from Fez. You will continue from the Jewish quarter or Mellah to the Jemaa El-Fnaa square, a living museum and intangible cultural heritage of Humanity, where storytellers, snake charmers, jugglers, dancers and more, constitute an authentic court of miracles. You will continue through the souk and its alleys full of businesses, workshops and terraces to meet the guilds of carpenters, sharpeners and a Berber pharmacy of remedies and natural products mostly from argan and derivatives.

The day will begin by travelling to Rabat, capital of the Kingdom of Morocco and official residence of the King. You will enjoy a city tour during which you will see the exterior of the Royal Palace, Mausoleum of Mohamed V and Hassan Tower, symbol of this city.

In the morning, you will visit Fez, founded in 789 by Idriss 1st, who made it the first imperial capital of Morocco. Fez is the current intellectual and religious capital of Morocco. You will start with a panoramic tour from the hotel to visit the royal palace and its 7 gates or Dar Al-Makhzen on the way to the fascinating world of the medina of Fez El Bali, the oldest and most extensive in Morocco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 785 mosques and more than 2,000 squares, streets and alleys that represent a labyrinthine return in time. From Bab Bou Jeloud to Es-Seffarine square, you will enjoy a journey through the centuries starting in the 9th century to the 19th century. Along the walk, you will discover how these alleys are structured, and see the different constructions that make up the walls of the medina, in addition from its artisan guilds and neighborhoods, such as leather tanners or more seamstresses. You will see the Medersa, the oldest university in the world, and we will finish the tour with the sound of the hammer of the potters working the copper as they did hundreds of years ago.

You will enjoy lunch in a typical restaurant.

After lunch, you will have free time. You are recommended to take an optional excursion to explore the medina and see the handicraft and carpet tour, if you are interested in learning about the art or buying.

In the morning, you will depart for Tangier to board the ferry and cross the Strait of Gibraltar back to Spain.

In the morning, you will travel to Granada where you will visit the spectacular group of monuments of Alhambra and Generalife, former residence of the Moorish kings, with its magnificent fountains, gardens and arches, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Generalife is located outside the walls of Alhambra and is made up of a set of buildings, patios and gardens, which make it one of the greatest attractions of the city of Granada, and, together with Alhambra, one of the most outstanding architectural ensembles of Muslim civil architecture.

Dinner and accommodation in Granada. Optional visit to the caves of Sacromonte and attendance of a typical show of gipsy flamenco.

After breakfast you will travel to Toledo, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its extensive monumental and cultural heritage. Toledo is known as the "Imperial City" for having been the main venue of the court of Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor, and as the "City of the Three Cultures" for the cultural influences of Christians, Muslims and Jews reflected in its history. Among its buildings are found the Church of Saint Mary, built in Gothic style in the thirteenth century, and the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, a remarkable combination of Gothic-Spanish-Flemish style built in the fifteenth century.
